Randi Gledhill

Randi Gledhill is a Registered Nurse and Care Manager at Elessar Psychiatry, where she plays a key role in supporting both patients and providers through every step of the care process. With over 15 years of nursing experience and 6 years specializing in care management, Randi brings a deep understanding of healthcare systems along with a strong commitment to patient advocacy.

At Elessar Psychiatry, Randi assists with patient scheduling, communication, billing coordination, credentialing, and insurance-related processes, helping ensure that care is accessible, organized, and as stress-free as possible for patients and their families. She is often the behind-the-scenes problem solver who keeps things running smoothly so clinicians can focus on what matters most—patient care.

Randi grew up in Tooele, Utah, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Utah University. She is passionate about helping patients navigate complex healthcare systems and believes that compassionate, responsive support is an essential part of quality mental health care.

Outside of work, Randi’s hobbies tend to mirror whatever her kids are into at the moment—currently, that means spending a lot of time at competitive soccer games and practices. She loves staying busy with her family and cheering from the sidelines whenever she can, she also enjoys paint nites and escape rooms when her busy schedule allows.
